On October 19, 2026, the European Law and Governance University (ELGU) opened the 2026–2027 academic year with its Online Welcome Reception. The event brought together new students from across its campuses in Rome, Athens, and Cascais.
Ms. Panoraia Spiliopoulou, EPLO's Director General for Education, joined resident faculty and members of the University administration to welcome the incoming students. Together they introduced the students to the academic community that will accompany them throughout their studies.
The reception marks the start of a new chapter for our students. It is a year of academic growth, intellectual exchange, and international collaboration. Our students join an international community that studies European law, governance, and public policy within the framework of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO). There they will learn alongside classmates and faculty from many countries and legal traditions.
We warmly welcome all our new students to the ELGU community and wish them a successful and enriching academic year.
