About the EPLO
The European Public Law Organization (EPLO) is an international organisation dedicated to advancing public law, strengthening democratic institutions, and promoting good governance worldwide. Established in 2007 and headquartered in Athens, the EPLO works across more than 74 countries, supporting legal reform, institutional development, education, and research.
For over two decades, the EPLO has implemented more than 300 programmes and projects in Europe, the Balkans, the Caucasus, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America — ranging from justice reform and public administration to human rights, migration, and institution-building.
